There’s an old ark bug that seems to have resurfaced a lot lately – people logging in with their inventory gone, and/or logging in dead with inventory lost.

We strongly recommend at the moment, that everyone put their inventory away before logging off.

We can’t recover items lost to ARK bugs.

Obviously this is a bug, separate from any server issues. While we don’t recover stuff from ark bugs, this doesn’t change the fact that we’ll recover items/dinos lost to server issues/rollbacks etc!
