The Fjordur map will launch tonight – and will be included on The Friendly Server cluster.

As always with new maps – you won’t be able to take anything into the map with you (except your naked character) for the first month or two.

IMPORTANT: if you have ever had the modmap, you must unsubscribe from the mod-map and delete the mod files from your computer BEFORE you download the new map tonight! So go check your mod-folder and make sure it’s not there.

Your mod folder is usually located in C:\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods.

Inside that folder you want to delete both the file and folder with the name 1838617463.

When the map launches admins will spend a few minutes checking that it is stable, adding the /tp spawn and checking mods work/etc… and then we’ll launch to you.

So chill the wine, buy some beers, grab some snacks and get ready for an evening of death-on-a-beach!
